100% Muscat de Frontignan. Straw wine made from predominantly Muscat de Frontignan and a little old vine Chenin Blanc. Apricot, peach, orange zest and cinnamon on the nose with creamy honey flavours on the palate and fresh acidity. 4 1/2 stars in the John Platter Wine Guide 2017.
100% Prosecco. Very pale straw yellow with fine, persistent perlage. The dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.
100% Sauvignon Blanc. A bright yellow colour with green highlights. Strong Citrus aromas with passion fruit and hints of grass. A light bodied wine offering plentiful fresh fruit, crisp acidity and a pleasing finish.
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Exhibiting aromas of nectarine, peach, citrus, gooseberry and dried herbs. The palate is fruit driven with tropical fruit and citrus flavours producing a long clean finish, which is fresh and crisp.
60% Chenin Blanc, 18% Grenache Blanc, 16% Viognier, and 6% Chardonnay. Wild yeast fermentation (500l oak). Peaches, jasmine and cinnamon on the nose following on to marmalade, ginger and honey on the palate. Babiana 2015 has just been awarded 5 stars in the John Platter Wine Guide 2017.
100% Chardonnay. Grown on limestone soil, this ultra fresh clean wine shows what good value white Burgundy is all about – excellent balance and crisp minerally fruit. Traditional winemaking at it’s best.
