100% Pinot Noir. Intensely fruity flavours begin clean and well-defined upon entry, the wine then opens up to provide a melange of flavours consisting of fresh strawberries, raspberries and wild cherries. It has great length and is rounded and supple on the finish.
Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blend. An unctuous, succulent Sauternes that has just reached its drinking window, and perfect for Christmas. Molten gold in colour with a fantastic bouquet of honey, candied fruits and lime blossom. The palate is rich and powerful with flavours of fig and quince, then a balancing toastiness which brings a savoury element. Fantastic layers of acidity combine with the complexity and texture to bring a very long fine finish. ABV 14%
100% Chardonnay. Grown on limestone soil, this ultra fresh clean wine shows what good value white Burgundy is all about – excellent balance and crisp minerally fruit. Traditional winemaking at it’s best.
100% Chardonnay. Beautiful golden colour with aromas of violets and walnuts, it is both soft and racy with good acidity and balance.
100% Chardonnay. Limpid pale gold, with acacia, honeysuckle and Mayflower on the nose. A wonderfully structured wine, fresh and rich with spicy flavours on the finish.

80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. A limpid red ruby colour with rounded and supple vanilla hints and silky tannins.
65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc. Carefully extracted in order to maximize fruit and avoid excessive tannin, this wine has aged beautifully. Retaining lots of the red fruit characteristics whilst now showing more complex secondary characteristics it is great value Bordeaux range.
80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet sauvignon. A limpid red ruby colour with an intense nose of black and red berries and a lightly oaked taste of blackberries and raspberry.
100% Pinot Noir. The grapes come from Pommard, a village in the Cote Du Beaune famous for producing powerful, richly flavoured Pinot Noirs. Almost the entire region is made up of Premier Cru vineyards.
46% Merlot, 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10.5% Cabernet Franc, 2.5% Petit Verdot. Deep cedary notes with damson and some forest floor. The palate maintains a good volume of fruit and plenty of freshness with layers of softened tannin and texture. The finish is very long, complex and moreish.
43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. This is a lovely aromatic wine still displaying lots of red fruit alongside earthy secondary characteristics. It has a soft ripe finish whilst retaining its typical, firm, Listrac structure.
