100% Cabernet Sauvignon. 18 months aging in 300-litre French oak barrels. A fragrant wine with abundant black current, liquorice and sweet cassis. Soft smoky oak softens the black pepper vibrancy and lends an exotic lift to the nose. 4 stars in the John Platter Wine Guide 2017.
60% Chenin Blanc, 18% Grenache Blanc, 16% Viognier, and 6% Chardonnay. Wild yeast fermentation (500l oak). Peaches, jasmine and cinnamon on the nose following on to marmalade, ginger and honey on the palate. Babiana 2014 was awarded 4.5 stars in the John Platter Wine Guide 2016.
80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. A limpid red ruby colour with rounded and supple vanilla hints and silky tannins.
Shiraz 85%, Carignan 5%, Grenache Noir 5%, Mourvedre 4%, Viognier 1%, Rich deep red /purpl Plums, blackcurrant, cinnamon, cloves and cocoa on the nose, elegant and balanced on the palate with fine tannins. Erica 2010 was awarded four stars in the John Platter Wine Guide 2014.
65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc. Carefully extracted in order to maximize fruit and avoid excessive tannin, this wine has aged beautifully. Retaining lots of the red fruit characteristics whilst now showing more complex secondary characteristics it is great value Bordeaux range.
A classic pale pink Rosé from Provence, the Rosé capital of the world, fresh and vibrant strawberry and raspberry flavours, with a good body and a long finish.
