A light, bright aperitif  made from Elderflower and Raspberry crafted with elderflower foraged from East Anglian hedgerows. made with gin soaked raspberries left over from producing Pinkster Gin.

Mix the sprtizer with flavoured soda or prosecco. 

The Perfect Sptriz - Serve in a highball with heaps of ice. Top up 25ml Pinkster Spritz base with full flavour Fever-Tree Mexican Line Soda.  37-40 k/cal for a 25ml measure and just 4.8% vol,  0.6units for the finished drink.
