Deep red garnet colour. Ripe black fruit and blackberry on the nose. Spicy and dark with a hint of rich black fruits and soft minerality.
Located in and around an area called the “Dentelles de Montmirail” in Vaucluse. The landscape is dominated by rocky ridges, between 100 and 600 meters high. Soils are made of clay and sand with limestone.
The “Dentelles” appeared thanks to the pressure between the Pyrenees and Alps montains. The vineyards around them, tend to produce powerful and fresh wines, with cooler nights and warm days. Grapes usually reach full ripeness in late september.
