Grapes are hand selected and sorted. Maceration lasts for 25/30 days, in steel tanks. In December, it is transferred into large barrels, third or fourth fill, for 10-12 months, which helps further tannin development. It then ages further in bottle for 8 months.
Red, with pleasant purple tones. Good body, good acidity and freshness, with prevailing floral notes, hints of red rose and violet. Flavours of red fruits, with blueberry, cherry and plum. Slightly spicy.
