Vincent Punier created his Domain in 1988. Today, this property is comprised of 13 hectares of vines located on prestigious hillsides such as Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin.
The grapes come from Pommard, a village in the Cote Du Beaune famous for producing powerful, richly flavoured Pinot Noirs. Almost the entire region is made up of Premier Cru vineyards.
Picked by hand, the harvest is vinified, then matured, in traditional manner in oak barrels where it remains for a period ranging from 11 to 18 months.
