Stocks are so low of this limited edition that we have the 'only' bottle available with this label on.

Since launching in 2013, Pinkster has slipped down a treat, establishing itself as a quirky premium gin.

Distilled in small batches, they hand-steep fresh, locally grown raspberries in the core spirit at our HQ near Cambridge. Pinkster make a marvellous G&T, with a distinctive colour and delicate flavour appealing both to seasoned gin drinkers and recent converts.

G&J Distillers produce the base gin with five botanicals to their original recipe. They then macerate with a further three botanicals.

Best of all, Pinkster recycle the raspberries, albeit slightly intoxicated, and sell them in farm shops and food halls as Boozy Berries.

For a refreshingly different G&T, serve with a raspberry and a sprig of fresh mint.

Alternatively you could try these cocktail recipes:

Valentini

50ml Pinkster Gin
15ml sweet vermouth
Dash orange bitters
Bar spoon triple sec

Stir well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with three rose petals.

Pinkster Loving Fizz

50ml Pinkster Gin
5 fresh raspberries
5 fresh mint leaves
25ml fresh lime juice
25ml sugar syrup

Shake and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with soda water, garnish with a mint sprig.

Hot Ticket

50ml Pinkster Gin
5 fresh raspberries
3 slices fresh red chilli
25ml falernum
10ml sugar syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters

Shake all ingredients and double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with fresh rasperries.
