Other Details
Deep colour, vivid purple and violet reflections. Intense and complex aroma of wild berries, with a strong dominance of very ripe red fruit. Also features soft fruit notes and flowers, country touch, fresh and lively on the nose. Good structure in the mouth super stylish and sophisticated. Well balanced acidity, silky tannins with great freshness. Great balance between ripe fruit, freshness and acidity. Great harmony between wood and wine. Decanter Gold Award
Fermentation is in small, temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels 63% new oak and 37% second year oak.
Total production 4000 bottles.
Serve at 18ºC. This wine should be decanted.
