|Intense aroma of black plums, blackberries, violets and chocolate, with spicy notes. Fruity, balanced and smooth, despite intense and firm tannins on the palate with good acidity. Excellent balance between wood and wine.|
Grapes were harvested between the 22nd and 26th of September at perfect ripeness. They were fermented in small temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
The wine was aged for 14 months in 225 litre second year French oak barrels.
Wine should be served at 18º (Celsius degrees) and should preferably be decanted for optimum enjoyment.
