After soft treading of the grapes, fermentation is carried out in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 20 days. Maturation then occurs for about 3 months before bottling.
A straw yellow colour, almost green. Delicate and light, with a hint of almonds. Think perfumes and gentle flowers. Gentle acidity.
Best served around 14 – 16 °C
