Traditional fermentation for 30 – 45 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Maturation for 12 months in barrels, and refining for another 4 months in bottle.
Deep ruby red with slight purple hue, soft but with good acidity and flavours of red fruits like cherry jam, raspberry and blackberry.
Serving temperature: 18-20 ° C
