A great value Saint-Véran with peach, orange blossom and honeysuckle aromas. Soft and rounded with ripe peach, honey notes, citrus fruits and a touch of creaminess.
The nose has fine, mineral aromas and the palate white fruit, citrus, lime and acacia notes. This is fresh and easy to drink.
Based just west of the town of Macon in southern Burgundy, the Cave de Prissé is the foremost producer in the region. This wine is from specific parcels of top quality grapes which are vinified separately from the rest of the harvest. Winemaker Georges Brichon has introduced many innovative winemaking techniques to ensure his wines have the quality of fruit, balance and acidity that he demands.
