General Terms and Conditions
All wines are offered subject to availability and remain the property of Southern Wines Ltd until payment is received in full.
Southern Wines Ltd is a UK company and any dispute or claims that arise must be made and settled under UK law.
In the unlikely event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a replacement. However, at peak times of the year, we do reserve the right to replace out of stock items with another of equal or greater value.
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and current; however Southern Wines Ltd makes no (and expressly disclaim all) representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this website and its contents.
We also reserve the right to change price and availability information without notice.
We will not sell or deliver wines, beer or spirits to anyone under the age of 18.
Returns
We have complete confidence in all our wines, which are stored in optimum conditions. We will replace any corked or damaged wine as laid out below.
In addition we offer a full refund (less shipping costs) on any wines where you do not like the wine anymore, for whatever reason. Such refunds are subject to returned goods being in a re-saleable condition.
Damaged Goods
Should a wine be damaged in delivery we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Notification can be by telephone, post or email within three working days of delivery.
Faulty Goods
If a wine is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit.
Notification must be given to us within 3 working days of delivery.
Incorrect Goods Delivered
We offer to refund or replace the incorrect goods, on return of the bottle(s) in question.
Notification must be given to us within 3 working days of delivery.
