2 bottles Joseph Pascal Chardonnay - Exotic nose with ripe peach and acacia flower. Vibrant citrus fruits. As the wine opens in the glass the complexity of ripe fruit grows, complemented with a judicious amount of oak that adds structure more than flavour. A fine mineral structure that gives it fantastic length.

2 bottles Gigondas - Full bodied, spicy and dark with rich black fruits. Best decanted and enjoyed with food.
