The vineyard is located exclusively in the city of the same name, in the heart of Vaucluse on the edge of the famous Dentelles de Montmirail. Regularly cited by Pliny the Elder in his Natural History, Gigondas was developed by the Romans who chose this hillside terroir to produce high-quality, complex and powerful wines.
Perfect to drink now, but can keep 3 to 5 years.
